Synergetic, Tampa, Florida, 2/2005-8/2012; I conducted field surveys and data collection as part of a two-man crew measuring as-builts, topographic, wetlands, parcel boundaries, easements/rights-of-way and special purpose projects. This work was done predominately for power utility and cell communication company clients throughout Florida. Also conducted county records research with deed clerk’s and tax assessor’s offices to establish pertinent ownership information for areas where survey operations were being conducted.

 

RETAIL SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED JOBS:

In my in-house land/legal jobs, I conducted title research in numerous venues, lease acquisitions, damage settlements and releases, joint venture agreement negotiation and contract drafting, litigation management, statutory/regulatory compliance, division order disbursement advice, surface facilities and pipeline removal and abandonment agreements and due diligence assessments for property acquisitions. I also had supervisory responsibilities for field lease brokers and a small corporate legal staff comprised of a junior attorney, two paralegals and administrative/secretarial personnel.
